Life on campus
I am back in Lahore and I'm back on LUMS (Lahore University of Management Sciences) campus and the life in the dorms. I really enjoy it!! It's nice to be able to live in the dorms and the campus life for a week or so and then be able to move on the "normal" life back home in Karachi.
I got the luxury of having my own room in the girls dorm! And compared to the dorms I have lived in in Sweden I prefer the LUMS dorms. Yes, you heard me right! It's fresh and clean and even though you share showers it's much cleaner and nicer than back in Sweden. And everyone has their doors open and so the environment is much friendlier :) And the fact that half of the rooms in my corridor have an AIESECer living there obviously adds to the fact that I like it so much ;)
The rythm in which you live your days on campus is very different. I guess it's typical student life but i still find it different from student life back in Sweden. You will have the most activity on campus and in the dorms at night. A lot of people sleep until late in the afternoon since most of the students that live on campus are up all night hanging out with friends, studying (??) or watching the latests episodes of House or Grey's Anatomy (all TV shows are available to download on the LAN). I take the chance to catch up on Grey's Anatomy while staying here :P. And there is a lot of hanging out in Asma's and Sarah's room :D

Oh my god, sounds like an easy life to be a student in Pakistan! Sleeping til late in the afternoon....
We didn't really have time for that back in Uppsala!
Anyway, I'm glad to hear you're also mad about Grey's Anatomy - me and my flatmate Marina have a total crush on that series
