And I've realized that I have more real friends over here than I thought, friends that ask how you are, listen and give advice.

Hello Joanna,
I just came across your blog, its very interesting. It is also very interesting and important for me to know how you really feel about my country! I know locals normally do not look at the things with a critical eye like foreigners do. We were born there and may take the things as normal even if they are abnormal:). Its true for any society and people.
Pakistan is a challenging but very interesting, diverse, culturally and religiously rich place. Our people are quite intelligent and competent but unfortunately there are few natural problems too. If you have not done so far, i would really encourage you to increase your contacts and discussions, please include people from all groups(rich, poor, religious, not very religious, educated, uneducated etc) into your friend list. This would help you in having a broader picture of the society.
And don't forget to voice your opinions boldly since its very important for the establishment of a healthy society that people accept and understand the problems and also correct them. Hoping to read more and diverse from you.
